The Smart’N Up Black Male Summit 2018 was held at the Shrine Cultural and Events Center, an event filled with motivational presentations, high-energy workshops and positive interactions designed to address inner-city violence and the importance of education. The Summit also featured a celebrity appearance by rapper Zro. Attendees of the standing-room-only Summit included Pastor E.A. Deckard, Damon Williams, Reginal Gordon OG-1, Daylen Williams, Kaleb Taylor, State Rep. Ron Reynolds, Booker McKenstry, Kameron Williams, Jakari Evans, Jarod Mosley, Nailah Nelson, Chris Whaley, Esmesha Campbell and others.
